    One of Abnett's best works5
This is must reading along side the Eisenhorn omnibus. Abnett provide's the right mix of heroic action, plot, and character development while fleshing out the politics and intricacies of the Mechanicum. Now all we need is a couple more installments. To me, it seems that Abnett gets better with each new book. He is among the elite of the Black Library writers. 5 stars all the way.

ps. This is one where we'd all love to see a movie version as it would adapt well to current computer generated special FX technology.

    Great Read5
This was an excellent book. At first it is a little slow but then the action really picks up. This is one of my favorite Warhammer books. Well done Dan Abnett.
